GThink Ltd was established in 2017 with a clear-eyed view of where the real demand lay: not in the dense centre of London, but in the suburban ring that surrounds it. Greater London's outer boroughs - Barnet, Richmond, Kingston, Bromley, Enfield, Sutton and their neighbours - are home to thousands of larger semi-detached and detached family houses built between the wars and into the post-war decades. These are properties with wide south-facing roofs ideal for high-yield solar arrays, private driveways ready for EV charger infrastructure, and ageing electrical installations that have never been designed for the energy demands of a modern household. From that understanding, electricalworks was born: a technically led firm built specifically to serve the homeowners who live in these properties and who expect more than a van and a price list.
Our principle is precision over volume. We apply our be smart, not busy philosophy to every project - which means a detailed site survey before any quotation, designs that account for the roof geometry of a 1930s Barnet semi or the existing supply head on a Richmond detached, and paperwork that holds together under scrutiny from a mortgage lender, NICEIC auditor or UKPN network engineer. Every Electrical Installation Certificate, MCS commissioning dossier and DNO notification we produce carries the weight those third parties require, because we write them as if they will be inspected - because they will be.

Our mission
